Pricing questions
- What is a credit?
- A credit is the unit every generation costs. An image on the fast model costs 1 credit; the premium model costs 3 credits per image. Different models have different real compute costs, and credits keep that honest instead of hiding it behind an "unlimited" plan with throttling.
- What happens if a generation fails?
- Your credits are refunded automatically. You're only charged for generations that actually complete — failures, provider errors, and safety rejections all credit back to your balance without a support ticket.
- Do I need a subscription?
- No. Credit packs ($9 for 150, $19 for 400) are one-time purchases with no recurring charge — the right shape for one-off projects like an invitation, a gift portrait, or a single book cover. Subscriptions are cheaper per credit if you generate every week.
