What is a credit?
- A credit is the unit every generation costs. An image on the fast model costs 2 credits; the premium model costs 4 credits per image. A video clip starts at 20 credits and runs up to 208 for the premium model at full length with audio. Different models have different real compute costs, and credits keep that honest instead of hiding it behind an "unlimited" plan with throttling.
How much does a video cost?
- Video is priced per second of output, so the cost depends on the model, clip length, resolution, and whether it generates audio. A standard clip (Seedance 2.0 Fast, 5 seconds, 480p) is 20 credits; the premium ceiling (Veo 3.1, 8 seconds, 1080p with audio) is 208. The exact cost is always shown on the generate button before you commit. Video generation requires a paid plan: Starter includes the standard models, Pro and Studio include everything.
What happens if a generation fails?
- Your credits are refunded automatically. You're only charged for generations that actually complete: failures, provider errors, and safety rejections all credit back to your balance without a support ticket.
Do I need a subscription?
- No. Credit packs ($9 for 150, $19 for 400) are one-time purchases with no recurring charge: the right shape for one-off projects like an invitation, a gift portrait, or a single book cover. Subscriptions are cheaper per credit if you generate every week.
Can I try it before paying anything?
- Yes, every tool page has a free try-it widget that works without an account, and creating a free account adds 15 credits. No card required for either.
Can I use generated images commercially?
- Free-tier outputs are for personal and evaluation use only. A paid plan grants commercial usage rights.
How many brands can I manage?
- Free accounts include 1 brand. Starter includes 3, Pro includes 10, and Studio includes 25. Credit packs add generation credits but do not increase the number of saved brands. If you downgrade while over the new limit, extra brands are preserved but locked until you upgrade or delete down to the limit.
