Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

This policy explains how Rifle Configurator LLC(“we,” “us”) handles personal data when you use Dream Pixel Forge (the “Service”). It is part of our Terms of Service. If we make material changes we will post a notice on the site or email you.

What we collect

  • Account data. Name, email address, and profile information from your sign-in provider (such as Google) when you create an account. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication.
  • Content you provide. Text instructions, uploaded reference images, brand details, and website addresses you ask us to analyze — plus the brand profiles and images the Service generates from them.
  • Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your plan, transaction status, and limited billing details (such as card brand and last four digits); we never store your full card number.
  • Usage and device data. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications. Messages you send us, such as support requests.

How we use it

  • Providing the Service: accounts, generation, brand profiles, billing, support.
  • Improving the Service: debugging, analytics, and product development.
  • Communicating with you: service notices, and product updates you can opt out of.
  • Safety and legal: preventing abuse and fraud, and meeting legal obligations.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

To generate images, your inputs (instructions and reference images) are sent to third-party AI model providers that run the underlying models — currently including Replicate and models from providers such as Google, OpenAI, and Black Forest Labs accessed through Vercel’s AI Gateway. These providers process your content to produce your images under API terms that restrict them from using it to train their models.

Who we share data with

  • Infrastructure: Google Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, database, file storage) and Vercel (hosting).
  • Payments: Stripe.
  • AI model providers:as described under “AI processing.”
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog, which help us understand how the Service is used.
  • Legal and business: authorities when required by law, and a successor entity if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We may create aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you and use or share it for lawful business purposes.

Public content

Images you generate are private by default. If you choose to make an image public, it becomes visible to anyone, may appear in our public galleries and marketing pages, and may be viewed, downloaded, or shared by others. Making it private again stops future display but cannot recall copies already made.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, and analytics. You can limit cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Service may stop working. The Service does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals. We do not use your data for third-party targeted advertising.

Retention and security

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required. We protect data with appropriate technical and organizational measures, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, contact us at support@dreampixelforge.com and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other U.S. states, and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and receive a portable copy;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your data;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data and targeted advertising (we do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising);
  • not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@dreampixelforge.com with enough information for us to verify your identity and understand the request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. For GDPR purposes, we are the controller of personal data processed in connection with the Service, and we process it as necessary to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, with your consent where indicated, and to comply with legal obligations.

International transfers

We operate from the United States and our service providers process data there and in other countries. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
