Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Welcome to Dream Pixel Forge. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Rifle Configurator LLC, the company that operates Dream Pixel Forge (“we,” “us”), governing your use of our websites, applications, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms include an arbitration agreement and class-action waiver that affect how disputes between you and us are resolved. See “Disputes” below.
1. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes we will post a notice on the site or email you. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, you must stop using the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract (or have a parent or guardian agree to these Terms for you). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You may sign in with a third-party account (such as Google); by doing so you authorize us to access the profile information that account shares with us.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your account or impersonate anyone.
- If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity, and “you” means that entity.
3. The Service
Dream Pixel Forgegenerates images using artificial-intelligence models. You provide inputs — text instructions, uploaded reference images, and brand information (including website addresses you ask us to analyze) — and the Service produces images and related content (“Output”). Your inputs and Output together are “Your Content.”
When you ask us to build a brand profile from a website or other material, you represent that you own that material or are authorized to use it. Do not point the Service at brands or assets you have no rights to.
The Service is under active development. We may add, change, limit, or remove features at any time, and we may remove any content from the Service at our discretion.
4. Credits, subscriptions, and billing
- Credits. Generation consumes credits. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable or redeemable for money, and unused credits are forfeited when your account closes. Free credits (signup bonuses, daily grants, trials, promotions) may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- Payment processing.Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your payment is also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.
- Subscriptions auto-renew. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current non-promotional rate until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not give prorated refunds or refunds for unused credits.
- Price changes. We may change prices and plan contents; changes apply from your next billing period after notice.
5. Your license to use Output
As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the Output you create with the Service, subject to the license scope of your plan:
- Free plans and trials: Output is licensed for personal, non-commercial, and evaluation use only.
- Paid plans: Output created while your subscription is active may be used commercially. Output you created on a free plan remains limited to non-commercial use unless recreated or upgraded under a paid plan.
You are responsible for how you use Output, including compliance with applicable law and third-party rights. Be aware of how generative AI works: similar inputs can produce similar outputs for other users, Output may unintentionally resemble existing works or contain inaccuracies, and the degree of copyright protection available for AI-generated works varies by jurisdiction and is not guaranteed. We make no warranty that Output is original, non-infringing, or protectable.
6. Your Content and the licenses you grant us
You retain your rights in Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as resizing and format conversion), and display Your Content as needed to operate, provide, and improve the Service, including transmitting your inputs to the third-party AI model providers that perform generation. We do not use Your Content to train AI models.
Public content. Your generations are private by default. If you choose to make an image public, you additionally grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it publicly on the Service and in our galleries and marketing surfaces, and you grant other users the right to view it. You can make content private again at any time, which ends future public display but cannot recall copies others may already have made.
You represent that you have all rights needed to grant these licenses and that Your Content does not violate the law or anyone else’s rights.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:
- infringes anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- is sexually explicit, sexualizes minors in any way, or depicts child exploitation (we report child sexual abuse material to authorities);
- impersonates a real person without their consent, including deceptive “deepfakes,” or is intended to mislead or defraud;
- is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or promotes violence or discrimination;
- violates any law, including export-control and sanctions laws.
You also agree not to:
- probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or bypass rate limits, credit limits, or access controls (including creating multiple accounts to farm free credits);
- scrape the Service or harvest content or data from it at scale;
- reverse engineer the Service or use it to build a competing dataset or model;
- resell or provide automated access to the Service without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
8. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respond to copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice containing: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Send notices to our designated agent at support@dreampixelforge.com or Rifle Configurator LLC, Attn: DMCA Agent, 522 W Riverside Ave Ste N, Spokane, WA 99201. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We terminate repeat infringers.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. On termination, your license to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period; export anything you want to keep first. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, licenses for content you made public, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes) survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service or Output, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Disputes: governing law, arbitration, and class waiver
These Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
You and we agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@dreampixelforge.com. If that fails, any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, conducted in Spokane County, Washington or remotely by videoconference, rather than in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property violations in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. All claims must be brought individually. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@dreampixelforge.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, with your name, account email, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration. If the arbitration agreement does not apply, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
14. Miscellaneous
You are responsible for taxes associated with your use of the Service. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
